功能特点   Functional characteristics:

● 该设备应用于叠片工艺的锂电池电芯生产，将正负极极片及隔膜通过Z字形方式叠放在一起，并留有多余隔膜方便人工卷绕包电芯。人工将正负极片放在对应的上料工位，隔膜卷料放在放卷张力机构上，机械手自动将极片按工艺顺序叠放完成工作，再由人工在备胶机构取料包胶。

● This equipment is used for the production of lithium battery cells in the lamination process, where the positive and negative electrode plates and separators are stacked together in a Z-shaped manner, and excess separators are left for manual winding and wrapping of the cells. Manually place the positive and negative electrode plates at the corresponding feeding station, place the diaphragm coil material on the unwinding tension mechanism, and the robotic arm automatically stacks the electrode plates in the process order to complete the work. Then, the material and glue are manually collected and wrapped in the glue preparation mechanism.
